A truly sickening fanatical experience ... as bad as any people who are fanatical about politics, religion, lifestyles etc I went on a Disney Cruise with a woman who has been on 78 of them. DCL didn't exist until 12 years ago ... and for 2-3 years didn't go anywhere beyond the hole that is Nassau. You can be a fan, even a passionate fan, without being mentally ill ... but many fans are just that (oh, and Disney knows this and takes advantage).

(loves Coral Gables, btw, one of the few parts of SoFla!) <<I use to live in Fort Lauderdale and Spirit said he'd check out my old house but he never got back to me. >> I have meant to check it out so many times before and not done so. Apologies since I do think it's within 4-5 miles of a few friends. Remind me again of where to look and I WILL make an effort to check it out this week (got some free time on my hands).

Yesterday was day one and we visited Animal Kingdom. And to confirm, the Yeti are was pitch black. It was a fun ride and we enjoyed it. Not having the Yeti at the end for a grand finale left a feeling of "something is missing". We enjoyed ourselves at AK. I was disappointed my fav quick service space was commandeered by a buffet restaurant - but all in all great time. NEMO is still an amazing theme park show. LOVE love LOVE it The actors were top notch. what else ... never ceases to amaze me how many small children are forced to sit through "It's Tough To Be A Bug". I mean ... come on ... the parents try to tell the kid the show is funny when they are hyper ventilating with terror. Geesh. The parents should start saving for therapy. Back to AK... the ASIA section looked great and I noticed a "refresh" of the themed area wall papered posters or notices .. you know the ones I mean. Just a lot of nice attention and detail in the whole area. Bravo - AK ... (sans the Yeti part)
