    So according to their polling data, less than 1/3 of respondants support the handling of the war. If the GOP takes a beating in November, I think the draw down begins soon after. Even if the squeak through and hold both houses, I think we won't still be in Iraq in 2008 if the GOP hopes to win.

    Yes, because in just another two years, the house all goes up for re-election, 1/3 the senate, and the presidency.

    If the republicans don't do something now, they're going to be utterly creamed then. There is a lot of evidence they will get pasted this november over all this, too.
