I'd heard about the fire that morning and we headed out to line up for the early opening at 9 am. We were in line for probably 15 minutes when I thought my husband had dandruff all over him. After brushing him off I realized I had stuff all over me too and then realized EVERYONE in line was brushing themselves off! Thats when I figured it out. That morning was probably the worst of it though. I have a few pictures of the sky and the ash all over our rental car and even all over our balcony at GCH. It was interesting but really didn't affect our stay at all.
