Duck hunting ... and then maybe take out a deer or two in the FW/WL woods ... the economy is tough (have you seen those food prices?) and it's not like WDW isn't in the heart of NRA country!

Now, before that show, the Disney Channel ran another version of WDW Inside Out. It ran monthly for 12 episodes, and starred Scott Herriot. I have all 12 versions, captured on vhs and since transferred to dvd. I'll pull them out from time to time - a much better show than the later incarnation.

I stay off-prop at no less than a 4 star (usually the same price as a moderate with way better amenities), and all my table service meals are off property. I don't look at it as being cheap as much as thrifty. It is hard to feel like a cheapskate while lounging at the Ritz Carlton.
