If you judge it in the context of a video on the computer and leave the possibility that you may change your opinion with a viewing in-person, then I think it's fine. However, my post-experience opinion on many attractions didn't really change that much from my pre-experience opinion over the years, with maybe the exception of the Haunted Mansion additions. I ended up really liking those even though I had reservations beforehand.

Lastly we journey to hell itself (Chernabog) 5. Then it looks at the emotional parts of color, from sadness and despair (Lion King) to love and happiness (montage of many clips). The transitions in between are pretty good for the most part. I'd reconfigure Heimlich a bit, and do away completely with the Sparrow photo, going straight to the skull instead. All in all a very good show.

Just before the show, a CM came around asking for folks that didn't mind getting wet, so I went forward with him and saw the show 3 people back from the water. It was a heavy, heavy mist. My fleece jacket and cap were really damp by the end.

For one thing, you have to experience the awful guest control. However, you do get a feel for the content of the show. What scenes they decided to throw in, what kind of music they used, what the special effects look like, etc. It isn't some blurry YouTube video, but a 720p video that can be blown up to full screen on a big bright LCD monitor. You do get a feeling for what the show is about, and yes, you can post your thoughts about what you see. People decide to do or not do a thing without experiencing it first hand. If I look at an advertisement for World of Color you think, "That looks good, I'll go." or "Eh, doesn't look good."

Originally Posted By LOVE-DCA RFLol wow.. the guest control was great, it was a lot better then fantasmic I agree with mickeymorris. But to judge a show just from watching a low resolution video of it on the internet—is just wrong-im sorry that spokker is soo narrow and close minded to WOC just from watching it on the computer. At least the rest of us thought that it was wonderful and the crowd control was better then ever.. like i said. In person you get the excitement and the thrill and energy of the show!!

Originally Posted By SpokkerJones "But to judge a show just from watching a low resolution video of it on the internet—is just wrong" It's not right or wrong. It's simply an opinion of a video on the Internet. When the videos for Carsland, Little Mermaid and Star Tours II appear on YouTube, I'll comment on those as well.
Originally Posted By SpokkerJones "i watched the 6 youtube videos and bits and parts of the ustream video and i can't wait to see WOC in person," Why is it okay for you to watch a video and judge the show positively (i.e. "can't wait to see it"), but I can't watch a video to analyze it critically?
