That it's not evolving with brand new immersive rides that are complete originals to the park is quite sad.

I've seen it up close and person 2 and a quarter times. I TRIED, it sucked hard everytime. And the quarter time is the last time I tried to watch it for the 3rd time and it so painful I just left at the beginning and got on Indy instead. I shouldve done that the other two times. I cant wait for, um, that show, to be done and Fantasmic comes in. Now THAT will be a real show .

There are major, very high-dollar improvements, either completed, under construction or still on the drawing board, sitting next to the junk of the past. I'm sure the World of Color show will pull in people who'd otherwise not have bothered to visit DCA. But I can imagine such guests standing in the viewing area, looking out at things like the looming new wing of the Grand Californian Hotel, the Paradise Pier Hotel, the Mailboomer tower, the old tacky facades jammed up against the ones for the new games, etc, and think "oh, my! This lavish, expensive water show is in the middle of an environment that has all the fantasy and charm of a tract neighborhood in Orange County!" But the DisCo has to start somewhere, and making up for the blunders of the past isn't going to be easy, simple or inexpensive.

They have in DLR and WDW, so I dont see how it failing there. And considering that TDS night times shows have ALL basically sucked (how does that happen??), it would be great to FINALLY get a show where the consensus is its amazing!! We will see!
