We just push the snow to the sides of the drive way. Doesn't take all that long. I have been able to do this for even 4-5 inches deep. If there is more than 5" toal anticpated, I just "plow" more than once, before it gets too deep. In 15 years I have only had to "shovel snow" 2 times.

Up where my Mom is in Morro Bay I just spoke with her tonight and she says it's freezing up there and they're pretty close to the ocean.

Right now it's about 44 and rain. The temperature is supposed to drop to about 25 with the rain turning to snow about one inch of accumulation. Tonight it's supposed to drop down to 5 below with the winds close to 40 to 50 mph. So the windchill is going to be about 30 below. But then tomorrow it's supposed to be about 25 again with the weekend in the mid 30's. Weird weird weird.

My dog got stuck in the snow and we had to snow blow a path to her to get her out. More snow is predicted for today, saturday, and tuesday. On the plus side, it is gorgeous, and we can ski, sled, snowboard and snowmobile in our front yard.....after we find the dog.....
