They ideas was the second restuarant was to focus on another regions cuisine (southern I think) and take some of the stree off of Alfredos. It was announced and I might even have the artwork somewhere from an old Eyes and Ears.

In my opinion the price point, and selections are ridiculous also. I realize that critiquing WDW food is purly subjective. The fact that it was an experience that I use to love. is what saddens me now.
