If I had to pick something more specific, probably the original entrance suite, or the old Land loop

    2. I missed seeing a lot of the great attractions of the past, but I do distinctly remember the original Imagination ride. While I'm sure it would have its issues for a modern audience, the technical stuff behind it (like the opening scene on the turntable) is truly amazing, even today. To me, each iteration of the ride has been worse than the one before it (I thought the short-lived 2.0 version had a lot of merit, contrary to popular belief), which always makes it difficult to deal with a loss. If you're going to replace an attraction, the replacement should be better than the original

    3. My fix would be a little more intangible: bring back the vision. It seems like everything now is a corporate self-referential mess (thanks, Iger!), celebrating Disney's history at the expense of its future. Disney became a leader by being original and taking risks, but it seems that they're content to just have marketing tie-ins now and call it good enough

    4. I don't understand why WDW doesn't pay more attention to the unique problems of each park. Yes, it's tough to get the marketing across for 4 individual parks, but DAK and Epcot have gone roughly a decade since they had any major changes (Everest & Soarin') and don't appear to have anything coming up soon. Yes, there are issues at the other parks too, but it seems like WDW's parks are only able to make a full day experience due to their limited hours and difficult park hopping

I am also in the camp about Imagination. I think the updates haven't added much to the experience. I wish they had kept the turntable with Figment and Dreamfinder, then redone the ride part of the attraction. So many more possiblities and we would still have Dreamfinder.

If I had to fix anything it would to make a cohesive park out of the Studios. I would lose or at least move the Hat, re-embrace the old Hollywood feel of the entrance street, then make sense out of the various sections of the park. I would change Beauty and the Beast (its time) and add some new entertainment. I would shut the tram tour and motor stunt show down and create a new land with the space. As a side note, I would fix the parking lot and its convoluted multi-directional loading. What a mess

Yah, that does look pretty screwey. And to make it even more confusing, it looks like it's only for about half of the southwest quadrant of the parking lot; all the other areas all use the same direction of travel for the entire lot

After checking out all the parking lots, I would suggest reversing the flow of traffic in all of them. As they're currently configured (except the aforementioned part at the Studios and some of the remote lots at Epcot), you drive in alongside the tram route, and then turn and drive to the far end of the row to park, and then walk back to the tram route. Reversing the flow, so that cars enter from the other end of the row and drive toward the trams to park, would eliminate the mixing of pedestrians and autos. This would also encourage more people to follow the CMs direction since the closest spots are further in on the drive, rather than driving past them to park further away

The Toy Story lot and parking garage at DL are configured this way, and it works really well. There are still occasional cars that don't follow direction, or are leaving the lot and cross pedestrian traffic, but it's a much more effective system. The DL parking garage was originally configured the other way, and the traffic flow was reversed shortly after opening due to the backups caused by the auto/pedestrian mix

..Improve and keep up with the times. They're stuck in the 20th century but charging 21st century admission fee.
