Well im not British but while i was there last week I found a t-shirt was fine to me.
I was having a good laugh watching all the locals freezing their buts off in the 50deg daytime temps.

Living where we get a good range of temps with the season changes its funny that to some 60 is cold in late Sept but hot in early march.

I have never worn black socks when on holiday in WDW, i have about 20 pairs on white ankle socks And the only time I will be topless is when im at Blizzard Beach or Tyhoon Lagoon
