He's probably right, but I'm thinking it's more along the lines of wearing a wedding ring at first, or a bra. Remember how irritating that was?

Avromark? I challenge you to comment on that.

ROFLMAO! I am tired and punchy. Forgive me.

Candice--if they get too annoying for you, are contacts an option? I LOVE mine.

Lordy, I'm digging myself deeper here.

I meant it's something you're... aware of. And, all of a sudden, one day, you no longer care that it's there.

Or, you pull it off through your sleeves in the car driving home each night. And I'm no longer talking about a wedding ring, either.

    ;-)

In terms of others, when playing some contact sports, cups can be very annoying, and the truth is when someone shoots a puck at high speeds or you get sacked in rugby it doesn't do much.

When working at your desk you won't notice them, it's when you're active, ie hiking you would, but not when walking.

I think glasses are just like any other thing you add to your body, choose right and they can make someone look stunning, choose wrong and ....they dont. They have a fantastic choice of shapes and styles now and I think there's a pair to suit everyones face shape etc. Not like years ago.

And its the lines around my eyes that add to my age, maybe if I wore glasses it would hide them a bit??!!
