I know about your job I've been lurking a little anyway. I'm so glad for you that you’re moving forward.
I know I was depressed for a long time too and it really doesn’t help being overweight, or maybe for me they go hand in hand.
You are a great person no matter your size (and you know I mean that!)but taking off some of the weight will give you more energy to enjoy life.
I still feel like the same person that was there 100 lbs ago, but now I have the energy to cope with some of the negative stuff that comes up.
Do what works for you and let me know how your doing!

Dave, good to see you check in.

As a former loser myself (60 lbs for me), I know what a struggle it is. You're right. Once you hit your goal weight, it doesn't get much eaiser. Maintenance is just as hard, but totally worth it.

Keep up the good work! That last 18 lbs will fade away before you know it.

I am starting a new thread of inspiration...I, too, have 100 lbs to lose to reach a decent goal. Although I cannot afford a medical procedure for it, I will again begin to feed $12 weekly into the Weight Watchers meetings. They really helped me..the trick is to stick with it.

    A big congrats to you, my dear...you look F A B U L O U S !!!!
