Technically speaking ( and I'm sure you are aware of this ) only one of the "spinners" will be new, the other one is being moved from in front of the castle, where apparently it is an abomination which requires it being moved to a "less conspicuous" place. Probably to make way for more space for Princess meet and greets or stroller parking.
