If it's shown before the ride, will I still be able to skip it? I think I even liked the Mexico ride better this time around. World Showcase could really use an E-ticket.

I think part of the probem is many of these attractions being neglected are not the WDW theme Park darlings. There are varying degrees of neglect among the various WDW theme park as well as the rides and attractions within those theme parks.
