What *I* really love about Queen of Hearts (and HERE you really can't know til you try it) is the food! It is very high quality, delicious stuff (small portions is the only downfall, but that's the whole TDR resort anyway)! The desserts also are sinful! Couple THAT with an outstanding level of service, (a cast member is generally standing by as you pay, to carry your tray for you first to the condiment bar and then on to find you a table...VERY cool), and Queen of Hearts is absolutely one of the best restaurants I've ever experienced in a Disney park. (as I said, I can't compare to Paris since I've never been...but I'd guess the Paris food is top notch!).

Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think all those APs would keep them pretty busy.
