It sounds to me like you are the one who wants to argue and bicker....and yes I have seen much of your history on the boards and I have to say that a lot of the times you jump to conclusions like it is a personal attack or something. So what if someone disagrees with someone else? There WERE NO PERSONAL ATTACKS ON YOU in those posts... We all have different opinions and that is why we are all here--to hear all the different takes and sides of a story, idea, or opinion!

If it makes you uncomfortable to have someone check the information that you post-don't post it. A discussion board is not a one-sided view of the world.

I read quincytoo's post as a put down to dancers. (Which my kids are & will be traveling to DL in July for said dance competition) However, I also can tell it was said tongue in cheek & was meant as a joke.

Even though it was directed at my children. It obviously wasn't funny to you & that's unfortunate. And yes, it wouldn't matter what she put in there "Jewish convention, Christian convention, having a tooth pulled" etc. It was a jab at the dancers & how she didn't want to be there the same time. It was a joke! Not meant to be taken literally.

Originally Posted By Disneyland Guest **"I am asking that this thread be closed."** Another thing that I don't understand. Seems to me everyone is being civil, discussing like all good discussion boards should do-and the problem is....???

Anything $259 or lower, and I'd pay it. But not above. Too many other nice hotels and places I can go for that price.
