Also the aroma's failed on the floats. I'm sure you'd have a different opinion of the parade if you saw it "properly" as it really is a good parade, when it works!

If it were just a one-time glitch, that'd be different. Stuff happens, and the show must go on etc., etc... But as far as having so much bad stuff happen all in the same show, I'd say they just didn't devote enough money (time) to working out the issues before putting it in front of a paying audience.
