Then instead of being able to write the president, you had a group of prestated messages to choose from, with no place to add your own thoughts. It made me realise how wonderful america really is, and how the cowards stand out.

Democrats listen to everyone. If you have a good idea, a democrat will think about it, while the bad ones are sorted out, by their staff. Republicans won't listen to anyone but the most affluent.
