    I'll be in So Cal (home in LA, visiting brother and old university in SD, and DL) and then going to Las Vegas in the next couple weeks. The best part will be having DH (he's visiting for a couple weeks). It should be his last visit before the big move to the states. But I hope there is warm weather too.

    Yeah, we're going to DL on a Saturday so that DH can see DL's Fantasmic for the first time, and we're doing the World of Color dinner package at the Wine Country (so that is two new things for both of us), and we're doing lunch at Club 33!

    well tonight is opening night for my new Play, a Dorothy Parker Tribute...fun fun...then a Zep cover band in town...more fun fun!!!

    A REALLY good tribute band I recommend is called Dark Star Orchestra. They recreate different Grateful Dead shows and play them in their entirety, and even keep MOST of the chatter between songs identical to what the Dead said back in the day. I saw them do a recreation of a 1971 concert I've got a bootleg of once and it ROCKED!

Loved The Dead....The band last night was just awesome, very small venue...we dont get many 'big' acts in our tiny village...these guys came from Portland, and will be back next month. They said they love coming here cuz the whole town turns out...an 80 year old man danced by the band all night...folks from 21 to 80 were singing along...FUN!
