The weren't that tasty we just liked them 'cause they were cigs, lol. Man, we had this little Barber Shop/candy store on the corner when we went back to PA for a year. I remember Saturdays after doing our chores we would take whatever change we found and go down and get a bag of penny candy. Also the big night on TV was Knight Rider & A-Team, Fridays I think, and with 50 cents a piece we could get a bottle of soda and a candy bar. We were so mad when candy bars went up from 20 cents to 25 cents! Or we would all chip in for a big bottle of Birch Beer.
