I read Lee's next post, so I figured the question answered. But happy to throw in my $0.02 Your specific phrase was 'mold and mindset'. I'm not talking about who is nice, who is better to put in front of the camera or investment conference. Simply 'mold and mindset'. While, as Lee pointed out after your post, they both had involvement at one time with Strategic Planning. Staggs, in my opinion handles his subordinates differently in reference to a leadership 'mold'. Leads differently. Everybody keeps looking at all of this through the WDP&R lens too, however it has been pretty clear on Wall Street that as CFO, Jay not Tom, is doing a good job in communicating and courting. All the internet personalities are quite right when they claimed Jay found little enjoyment with the parks. So, in terms of 'mindset'. He seems to handle the CFO gig better than his past role as Chairman of WDP&R. Tom has been very visible in the parks both as a boss and a guest. That right there, tells me different mold, different mindset. None of this matters. There is no deeper meaning. On the surface, the switch occured because 1) Tom needed to enhance his resume 2) It was clear that Jay was no longer attractive to Iger and the board (in a non-physical sense, of course!)

The blue sky conceptualization team were far more productive than the R&D folks.
