However, the repeated increases, even right before vacation time, doesn't seem to deter enough visitors for Disney to not implement them. As someone else mentioned, this is not the first time that admission prices have been raised right before the summer busy season begins.

The economy has taken a toll on my income, so I've chosen to spend my money doing other things. I was in LA in March for the Janet show at Universal and completely skipped DLR. We stayed at The Standard in West Hollywood and had a blast! There was a time when I wouldn't have dreamed of going to LA and not stopping by DL for a least a day, but with the ticket prices, plus the cost of food and parking, it's really hard to justify when you've been 100 times already.
