Because the more people who get involved in a schedulizing plan of his kind, the more the 'average' guest gets shut out. It's my same complaint about FastPass. People LOOOOOVE to have an advantage when they're at Disneyland. And those who know how to work the FastPass system LOOOOOVE to look at all those rubes waiting and waiting in the 'Stand by' line as they go rushing past them.
