I can understand the frustration of not being able to participate, but realize that if the classes were larger, the personal attention would be far less, and the experience would suffer. Also, they do have a restaurant to run as well, so having more than four clssases would be a nightmare for them.

How many of those hundreds of thousands of visitors are going to want to shell out $250 per person to attend this cooking class? And as the previous poster mentioned, they need to do this in their kitchen, and they do have a restaurant to maintain too. The same would be true for the other dining events. /cs

The park should have other major events like Cinco de Mayo and other themed events. It would be cheaper in the short term, and bring people in. Tokyo Disney Resort does that all the time to get the locals to come back each season. DCA could also hold a flower & garden festival like EPCOT does.
