I dont know, I think I want to hear "Tiggers" response to this, to bad Disney suspended him- I bet until this thing is over we dont see too much of Tigger in the park. Too Bad!

True... however, it's only the 8th, give it more time. ;) Ha! (kidding of course)

This SO sucks for me too. People who know me, know how much I love Tigger, so I'm getting a ton of "hey! did you hear about Tigger beating up that kid?"

    Uhhhggg...

The funny thing is, is that they don't realize the 'rant' they just walked into by asking me that. hee hee

    Take care all. 8):)

I blame the press for letting this one get way outta control

Although they want to present the facts, I think that they should also look out for kids who might be watching. I realize that they aren't really on Disney's side here, but they should be careful with how they report things. Especially when they are hardly newsworthy to begin with.

There's something inherently wrong in that sentence.

I said the same thing in the other "Tigger Tantrum" thread - well, I don't have a daughter. But I think it's wrong that kids who happen to be in the room while the news is on have to find out that the Disney characters are just actors after all.

I also think it's wrong that this news made it all the way over here to Australia.

Labuda you should notice a big difference in your new airline. ALthough I have always thought the SWA trash was because I always flew to Pittsburgh and had to deal with the rabid Steeler/Pirate/Penguin fans. You mean all of the SWA passengers are bad?

    I've only ever flown SW to & from/between San Antonio/Austin/Houston and LAX/MCO.

Now NWA serves water in regular and diet choices. ;-)

You know it's bad when Air Tran and Sun Country offer better food and drink service than NWA.

It just floors me that on my DH's 3-hr NWA flight this morning, he can BUY food. Who wants to pay for airline food? Same thing when I fly to WDW in April (87 days! woo woo!), American will SELL me food if I want. Yeah, right!

For instance, my cousin bought a sub sandwich on Easy-Jet...compared to the NOTHING I got on American from BOS to MIA, a sub sounds pretty darn good!

Right now, I'm in the airport lounge, enjoying the free full-service bar, free snacks, and free WiFi (well, free to people with access to the lounge). They're as close to a full-service airline as we still have in the US. And, it's very interesting that they manage to be profitable, unlike their SkyTeam partners Delta and Northwest that have cut passenger amenities yet find themselves in bankruptcy.

And on their flights to Japan, they even serve Asahi SuperDry, so that naturally makes me very happy.
