So I can see where money spent on making the WDW resort experience a better one for Disney property guests seems to be a priority. One can even understand the logical corellary to all of this as being a new Fastpass/Online reservation system that will allow Disney to get deeper into the pockets of guests willing to pay for additional benefits.

I guess perhaps the more difficult question for WDW resort is the one of how much new or compelling attractions are thought to contribute into the complex mix of factors involved in generating park and/or hotel attendance. The problem is probably now more in focus than ever as given the fact that WWOHP has clearly demonstrated how a compelling attraction can boost park attendance and/or resort stays, what is the Disney response? For many people, will being offered the chance to "upsize" their vacation experience with add-ons like special tours or instant Fastpasses or preferred show seats be a compelling reason to visit or stay longer at WDW compared to the excitement of a new attraction or two that has them itching to attend one or more of the WDW parks again?
