    I thought Sewwny Todd was unnessecarily dark; Frankenweenie is just a dumb story and the short was too long so I'll be interested to see how the feature version of it works out; much of Nightmare was just sight gags that didn't go anywhere with the story. If that's going to be his signature on movies, then my signature on his movies will be not watching them.

    I'm all for weird when there's a reason for it (the animated Alice actually wasn't quite wierd enoug for me), but he seems to require it ahead of actual storylines. (I know, shame on me, Tim Burton's a genius...)
