However, if you really stop and think about it, there is so much that goes on around there during the day and night and with the crews comming and going from TSI, they transport many many things. Things are bound to happen, and sometimes it's impossible to retrieve them from the water for whatever reason. As for peoples ashes, I'm sure they are all over DL.
