Give it a few years. After the warm fuzzies of BV Street, Carsland, and WoC wear off it'll start up again. All we need is for a certain popular fan site to write a few negative articles and the natives will be stirred up again.

That said, it's still the typical Magic Kingdom Park offering of limited charm and 1970's corporate theme park vibe. They could have gone in and really plussed the space up with carved wood and more custom décor and fixtures, but they didn't. It's Magic Kingdom Park circa 1975, just as it almost always has been. It got new paint and wall accessories, and a rework of the counter facilities for the Starbucks equipment.

Not even the uniforms worn by the CM's changed; still the same mint green and white striped outfits they've always worn. (They should have redone the uniforms with a richer palette and darker tones to compliment the space better, but that would require $ beyond the Starbucks contract most likely)

Here's a pic of the Bakery in 2012 before the Starbucks rehab. This could be a location in Magic Kingdom Park, or at any other corporate theme park where the theme was "old fashioned Americana". Nothing special to see in this bakery, pre-Starbucks. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/...fa_z.jpg

And Starbucks products being offered here now after a modest refurbishment is a problem how exactly?
