In the past, they did not run all 8 subs at one time, because all it did was back up the subs, since they couldn't get the subs out of the loading station before the prior subs finished their trip. If I remember correctly, 6 subs worked the best. basically 2 sets of 3. Load the 3 subs, and let them leave about every 45 seconds. As soon as the third sub has left the loading dock, the first of the three subs from the second set was ready to enter from its voyage. So the only real solution is to increase the capacity per sub, but since the subs are remaining the same size, that won't work either. Since they are planning a "viewing station" for wheelchairs and others who can't handle the stairs that well, this MIGHT help capacity, as it might make less folks who would be "slow loaders" actually try and board. But pretty much, you are looking at the "old" capacity per hour.

The also built the Hotel Guests queue, and added the planter out front. On the east end, they took out a lot of the queue space, and redid the area when they combined the Autopia tracks, and the Chevron building. More than likely they will redesign the Autopia exit, and have it empty out closer to Innoventions to open up the current exit area for the Finding Nemo queue. Right now, they are adding more seating for Club Buzz on the south end of the area, near the old Peoplemover station so they can remove seating on the northern area. Also, right now, there is that large triangular open area, when the project is finished, you should see more of a straight path from Innoventions to the Matterhorn. But when the project is finished, you will have a good sized queue, FASTPASS machines, the small theater for the alternate viewing of the attraction, and a new location for the Monorail elevator, or a nice long ramp with a low grade for wheelchairs to use to gain access to the Monorail loading area.
