But when it's been ten years since the last ride was added to MGM, you can imagine that there's a lot riding on TSM's addition. Which is fine. It's the corner that Disney has painted itself into. But still sad that there's so much importance on this one ride (and that Disney, realizing this, is attempting to deflate expectations for it).

Come May when previews start I wouldn't be surprised if people say it's a fun ride ("but goes by too quickly") and that it's a fun ride ("but doesn't make DHS a full-day park") and of course it's a fun ride ("but DHS needs a couple of top of the line E-tickets to make it feel like it isn't the malnourished park that it currently is").

And you'll pardon me if WDI's track record over the past ten years makes me skeptical about anything they do these days.

Maybe three or four more C, and D-tickets combined with the improved Star Tours, and the rumored Cars attraction replacing Back-Lot Tour. I assumed the Cars attaction will be a strong E-ticket. Until then I'll be happy with any well done addition. I agree that WDI could have done much better in certain areas, but everything hasn't been a disaster either. I'm looking forward to the review we will be getting from Doobie shortly. I personally think TSM will be a big hit, even if I don't enjoy it. My only concern is the hurl factor that seemed to be present in early testing.
I think it's just human nature to want more, and better things. At least I'm that way, that's what my lovely wife saids about me anyway.

I'm sure there will be enough reports on it by the time your family heads out, that you will know about it ahead of time. That is if the rumors were actually a fact.

That's how I am currently feeling. There is no question that a large segment of guests are going to love this ride. M:S is a great comparison.

I hope the good people will continue to support this site and will not give sarcastic comments the power to control our minds!(trying for a Disney quote)

What's your point? I had an AP a few years ago, worked at the parks a couple of years ago, and made many trips to WDW and DL as a kid.

Just because I don't find the parks as compelling as I once did surely doesn't mean I'm disqualified from posting?

Thank you soo much, you don't know what it is like to read that from someone in charge of this site!!! The reason I have just read topics a lot more than posting in them is because everything becomes an argument for no reason.

    thanks again doobie,
