Wilma is speeding across southern Florida and behind it will be cold, but clear, weather. I wouldn't be surprised to see Disney World's Magic Kingdom and Epcot open later today. Universal and SeaWorld will probably be the same. The Airport has temporarily suspended service. But that's mostly due to unsafe wind shear and heavy rain. Things might be much worse in the Everglades and southward. Keep those families in your thoughts today.

Though the various Resorts and Parks suffered no major damage, it took the day of the hurricane and the day "after" to clean up the mess left behind. Then Jeanne came up two weeks after and forced park closure for a day, but that wasn't as bad as Frances. Wilma doesn't look to be an iminent threat to WDW, but after Charley hit and did some damage early in the hurricane season last year, it looks like Disney decided to play it safe with hurricanes from then out and close the parks early for safety reasons. Though my thoughts are with those who have been affected by Wilma in her earlier, more powerful incarnation, especially in northeastern Mexico, around Cancun and Cozumel. They really got slammed and flooded out by the storm.
