It just seemed a little less ... interesting and more over the top than a lot of the other pavillions/shows. It probably would have more meaning if you live there. I can certainly understand how people from other countries would not feel the same. I have to tell you though... even as an American I get misty-eyed every time I see Impressions de France. Something about the beautiful scenes combined with the beautiful music gets me every time. I would probably rather visit France than any other European country… due largely to that film (though I’m sure being a “lib†comes in to play somewhere…). LOL
