They could always do what DL does between Alice and the Matterhorn, and just keep people off the bridge entirely during the parade. Sure, it looks funny watching the dancers perform for nobody (it's particularly humorous for DL's show stops) but I would assume the floats alone would fit across it. Since this wouldn't be a permanent change, I don't think it would be that big of an issue. If it was a permanent change, they would need to work on stuff backstage, otherwise the floats would be stranded between Main Street and Tomorrowland, just like in DL, and force the second parade to "rewind" the first one, so everything can get back to the parade barn.

Now that I think about it, the wouldn't have to leave the parade between MS and TL. They could still use the same exit gate that's currently used, and just start it from a different place. That way, they would return to the barn after each parade without problems.

(But they would still need to keep people off the bridge for the most part, although there may be room for a few people on the parts where it just randomly gets wide. They could include seats there as part of a VIP tour, like what's done with the seats by the Alice bathrooms in DL)
