The first one was to have "singles awareness" type characters in the park. Goofy is an obvious choice from their regular stable of characters, but the list could include Bambi's dad, Dumbo's mom, Anastasia and Druzella, Rufus (the weird talking cat with glasses and a scarf in The Rescuers), Genie, Zazu, Rafiki, Quasimodo, Wiggins (Radcliffe's sidekick), and Marlin (Nemo's dad).

For a more 'fun' take on Valentines Day, the other idea was to do a week of lust, starring Frollo and Esmeralda. They could also reinact the buy-a-bride scene from POTC daily, with requisite audience interaction.

And lastly, they could reunite long-separated couples. The first one that popped into my mind was Jose and Rosita in the Tiki Room, but I'm sure there are plenty of other fun ones out there.

That said, I'm sure that they'll just do something really obvious, like the princes and princesses, or Mickey and Minnie in front of a heart-shaped cut-out.

There just isn't that much to do at the Studios, although we both really enjoy Midway Mania. The MK is actually looking pretty good, but when it comes down to it we just go to the same attractions over and over:

    Jungle Cruise
    Pirates
    Big Thunder
    Haunted Mansion
    Peter Pan
    Small World
    Pooh
    Buzz
    Carousel of Progress
    People Mover
    Laugh Floor

We enjoy every one of those, but in the final analysis is a WDW trip really worth all the expense just to enjoy those 11 attractions? Besides, at our age spending hours and hours a day walking or standing in line just isn't as fun as it used to be. We've decided the Disney Cruise Line is a much better use of our DVC points.
