The fiscal budget year begins in october, and projects that are green-lit and at least partially funded are often announced at that time. Which is just a few weeks away. Hopefully we'll hear something more tangible very soon.

I do have a feeling that information will be released on at least some of the project. Its too much of an investment to just sit back and not take advantage of the positive publicity if done correctly
