    There are "officially" nine scenes in this attraction. I would be willing to disallow "Ascent" and "Descent." The other seven are:
    1. Scuttle tells the story (and this is a fully delineated scene, set inside the sunken ship);
    2. Part of Your World;
    3. Under the Sea;
    4. Poor Unfortunate Souls;
    5. Kiss the Girl;
    6. Love's First Kiss;
    7. Happily Ever After.

    You may not like the scale or staging of a scene, but that doesn't make it "not" a scene...

    You need to get out more then, get creative!

    Yes, thanks for making an interesting point.

    Peter Pan ride has
    1) House scene
    2) London
    3) Flying in Neverland with Mermaids
    4) Crew on Ship Capture
    5) Pan Fighting with Hook on Ship
    6) Pan Driving off Happy
    7) Captain Hook

    7 MAJOR, fully immersive scenes that are huge in scale that your boat flies through on a former "C" Ticket attraction. So now, over 40 years later, we get an attraction with 7 scenes, the largest one being the UNDER THE SEA scene, which pales in comparison to the London Fly over scene, and then, a few scenes the size of a pool table with big black empty transitions in between.

    Walt would be demanding his imagineers to "Get the HELL back to the drawing board! Im not settling for the TLM ride in the state it is!"

Keep in mind that some of the rooms are pretty forgettable in the grand scheme of things (Corridor of Doors, much like the Mermaid caves) or the "size of a pool table" (Conservatory and Endless Hallway).

    1. Endless Hallway
    2. Conservatory
    3. Corridor of Doors
    4. Seance
    5. Ballroom
    6. Attic
    7. Graveyard
    8. Hitch-hiking ghosts

    And as a point of reference, here's the scene count for Mr Toad, which was most certainly not an E (the current version opened after they ended ticket books, but would probably be considered a C, maybe B). The scenes are small, but well designed to make the most of them. Several of them are quite large (Toad Hall, Countryside and Hell), including Toad Hall which is seen several times during the attraction.

    1. Toad Hall
    2. Library
    3. Weasles in Banquet Hall
    4. Moley in Dining Room
    5. Countryside
    6. London docks
    7. Warehouse
    8. Explosion
    9. Winky's Pub
    10. Town Square
    11. Court Room
    12. Train Tunnel
    13. Hell

    Maybe the room count isn't really what we should be arguing about.

    Or I could watch TV instead.

    Push the button on his back, and hear him say wonderful Disney phrases...

    "For all who come to this happy place...welcome"

    "Disneyland will never be completed, as long as there is imagination left in the world"

    "The idea for Disneyland came about when I would take my daughters to Griffith Park..."

    "Here in Florida we have the great advantage of size.."

    "You can't top pigs with pigs"

    The new Walt Disney action figure could go on my shelf, right next to Captain Jack Sparrow, Iron Giant, Mr. Incredible, The Thing, Chewbacca, the club weilding monster from 'Lord of the Rings' and that creepy blue guy that Alan Cumming played in the 'X-men' movies.
