Having a long wish list to choose from, or even a list isn't detailed but says "I love anything to do with Tinker Bell" or something is very helpful.

Ie: love Chocolate, scrapbooking, and anything Mickey Mouse. This provides you with 1)filler gifts for long the way and 2) something to look for for the unvieling gift. I just wish that I knew who my pal would be now as it would be nice to begin stocking up on certain items.

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo excited this year.

Actually I believe it's been outlined that you have a choice in how you want to handle it. You can reveal yourself inside the present or on the boards, if I'm not mistaken. Some people aren't able to be at their computers at the "official" reveal time on LP, so you wouldn't want to blurt it out on the Boards before your SP opened their gift or read the threads. - IMHO.
