But I'm guessing that people didn't report the fact that they didn't receive a reveal gift to the facilitators because A) they didn't want to look whiny, and/or B) knowing how very much the facilitators do during Winter Bash, they didn't want to report it and then have the facilitators buy them a gift themselves. I know I would never have reported it if that had happened to me for both of the reasons stated above.
