It seems it would have been an awesome place to work under him. Which reminds me....we went during the 50th when the CM's were wearing those tags that said how long they'd worked there. We met a CM who had started working there at 17 when Walt was still alive. She told us her story of meeting Walt, and you could see how much she loved the park. She was an older woman, obviously, so had seen so many changes. But still loved it.

I find that there are some books I just can't put down, for example 'How to be like Walt' by Pat Williams. I have read that book at least 10 times, I think. That book makes me feel good and it's inspiring. I LOVE to be inspired! This book has been tougher for me to get through because it isn't a lot of fun to read and it's telling a story that I don't think I really want to hear. On the other hand, maybe it isn't all of the book's fault, I did just get my first blackberry for Mother's Day and I have been playing with that quite a bit on my lunch breaks and in the evening--basically when I am not working or caring for the kids--and that was my reading time. I am going to finish the book and will post more about it then. Although, I just read some of the comments and I don't think I am going to like the rest of the book any better than I do right now. I'm really sorry about not completely reading the book in time. Can I sing you a song to make up for that? What would you like to hear. I do take requests, you know.
