    We had a great time with DD and her family. The community of Arvada has a marvelous Independence Day fireworks show. A full half hour and the quality of fireworks that DL uses. I did miss the music, however.

    I'm more and more convinced that we will stop RV travel in the summer and do it the other seasons instead. The weather has been hot and has cooled only slightly with the advent of thunder showers.

    After all, millions of people come to the area where we live for their summer travels, so we should just stay home and enjoy ourselves.

    I could probably meet lots more LPers at DL, too.
