Originally Posted By Tiggirl I confess thank you everyone and I, too, am glad I got suhc a great visit with grandpa. I also confess that I was in a car accident last night on my way home. When I was merging into a lane (as mine was ending) I was rear ended by a semi truck. I confess I think I'm fine, just a bit sore at the moment. Surprisingly little damage to my car considering it was a big 'ol semi. I had plenty of room to merge. Traffic was going verrry slow and there was about 3 - 3.5 car lengths from the truck to the next car. I merged in and was waiting for the car infront of me to roll forward so I could finish straightning my car and the semi just plowed into my rear drivers side. We pilled over and his exact words were... "I saw you but I didn't stop." Oh really? We exchanged insurance info and his company better believe they're paying to fix my car. ~Beth

Confessing further that I was hit my a motorcycle last year and didn't like dealing with his insurance company at all. In retrospect, I confess I should have just reported it to my insurance and let them go after his since it was the motorcyclist's fault and all (please don't split lanes, people). Good luck with getting your car repaired, Tiggirl, I confess.
