    I confess my new niece's baptism was today. The priest from the church/school my brother's kids used to attend officiated. Father Robert is wonderful. Enough so, that my husband, who is a recovering Catholic, said he'd go to church just to hear Father Robert speak. And my son, who is in the throes of teenage questioning, loved him, too. Especially when Father Robert came to our house to relax and have lunch with us all before returning to officiate at a wedding.

    I further confess my niece FINALLY didn't cry when I held her. Instead, she played, smiled and baby-talked before falling sleep in my arms. So sweet :)
