Having a lecture today on the leadership of Martin luther King and the impact it's made on the U.S. didn't make it any easier.

Is it a lack of sleep or am I really a wimp?

Don't be shocked with the Dr. advice. When I was suffering insomnia, they recommended the same thing to me. It's just to help rule out any underlying issues.

    You'll be fine jlin!

My sleep hasn't improved one single bit. Sometimes it's just hard to turn my brain off and it's even harder when I'm happy. I hope you get some rest soon.

Candice, I confess that the nursery was okay but it gets less exciting each year. I did manage to plunk down $41 for ornaments though. (Only $11 more than I budgeted!) I didn't see one Scooby Doo ornament, but I didn't look at the small rack of character ornaments.

I confess I'M THE SAME WAY. When I'm happy, my energy level is so high, I can feel myself buzzing when I try to lay down and sleep. It's useless.

I confess I ate alot more then 3 and kept going. I made the wrappers roll up really tight so I could not tell how much I really ate

I confess I was told the same thing. After I quit smoking, months after, I still wsn't sleeping. Sometimes literally 2-3 days without more than 30-45 minutes of sleep I went to the Dr. & he found nothing wrong with me & suggested going to a psychiatrist. Like Lisa said, it's just to rule out any underlying issue.

I confess I am glad that she has an online community of moms she can vent to and get lots of support from.
