My sleep hasn't improved one single bit. Sometimes it's just hard to turn my brain off and it's even harder when I'm happy. I hope you get some rest soon. Candice, I confess that the nursery was okay but it gets less exciting each year. I did manage to plunk down $41 for ornaments though. (Only $11 more than I budgeted!) I didn't see one Scooby Doo ornament, but I didn't look at the small rack of character ornaments.

After I quit smoking, months after, I still wsn't sleeping. Sometimes literally 2-3 days without more than 30-45 minutes of sleep I went to the Dr. & he found nothing wrong with me & suggested going to a psychiatrist. Like Lisa said, it's just to rule out any underlying issue.
