You only have to do the special pass at Splash and Indy cuz you have to enter through the exit. The RSR queue appears to have been designed with single rider in mind.

Looking at youtube from when you leave the seatbelt check to when you get back to loading, both rides are around 4:10-4:20 long, with the outdoor portions at the end about the same, approx. 30-35 seconds.
