El Rio was also a wonderful, fun ride for small children, something that Epcot doesn't have much of. The biggest problem is NOT that they updated this attraction, but that they did so BEFORE adding badly-needed rides to the other national pavilions!! What about Germany, Morocco, UK, Italy, and Japan? Why not INSTEAD use this "Gran Fiesta Tour" technology in Morocco, using Aladdin & Jasmine giving a tour of that nation -- instead of the 3 Caballeros? Or they could use Pinocchio & Jimminy Cricket, giving us a similar tour of Italy. So thus I must respectfully disagree with another previous poster's desire to see that Canada movie updated! At least that outdated Canadian movie is BETTER than the nonexistant attractions in Germany, Morocco, UK, Italy, and Japan!! Please Disney: Before you upgrade existing Epcot attractions, finish up the pavallions that have NO attractions!

Well, rather than new attractions at World Showcase or replacement of the Canada film... it seems Spaceship Earth is next on the agenda for upgrades. But that's getting a bit off topic... I'm still highly amused that Gran Fiesta is sort of like a cross between the Nemo and Rockin' RollerCoaster storyline... Rockin' Del Nemo...

I always enjoyed the simplicity, yet really cool feature of having the movie screens surrounding the audience for 'America the Beautiful' and 'American Journeys' at Disneyland. A great idea, with great movie making quality and execution. A CirlceVision movie was one of those low-key experiences, that, when combined with the big-thrill rides, made for a more complete Disneyland experience.

Yes, the Visionarium (aka Timekeeper at WDW) was at the MK for several years. Now it's Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. So, I do think that the China and Canada films are the only two left in the world at this point...at least at Disney parks.
