I'm sorry, I do realize how much of a money-maker Halloween has become to TWDC, but it's just not cool to have a park decorated for one season when it is still another. At least the incredibly tacky deal of last year (having a party the Friday before Labor Day weekend) wasn't repeated. I'm sure the fact they couldn't come close to selling 5,000 tix last year had something to do with it. DLR was just getting some decor and merchandise in the shops the week of 8/23, and that bothered me. Too early. As to MNSSHP, it is a lot of fun. But it has gotten dumbed down annually while the prices rise. I'm debating going this year because there are friends that enjoy it, but I really don't know that I can justify it. Like, it's not even close. <<See I LOVED P & P>> P&P had it's moments, mostly the fireworks and the great background music. Unfortunately the parade was a thrown together piece of slop (IMO) and the fact that the parks were empty really diminished the appeal. Yes, I know people like empty parks, but to me a completely empty park at a "party" is just weird. <<BTW, if you really want to see a great Halloween season of entertainment, visit hongkongdisneyland.com ...that's Halloween.>> I want to hit that at sometime. But Halloween Horror Nights come first.

It's hot as hell here. I hate fall, seeing that the weather is the same as summer, and it's usually the most stressful time of the year for me. Winter, however, means wonderful weather and less stress. And a Disney trip, too. Is it Dec yet?
