There's no value in paying what they're charging. I like going once or twice a year for a day, but that's all. If I can vent here, then so be it. When they give me something to praise, I will. Until then I'll just be a grouch at LP--and perfectly adjusted in real life.

I hear you. Still, I think the way you reduced the FL expansion down to nothing more than "a new ride and a bunch of places to rub shoulders with underpaid character performers" was a bit harsh.

Mermaid and Be Our Guest are welcome additions, but the rest is wasted space/money. Money that could have gone to a thrill ride in Adventureland ot Tomorrowland, which is desperately needed in the MK. I want to be excited for this thing, but I can't be knowing it will just perpetuate the MK's problems.

The Dumbo is a practicality of moving Dumbo, so they want to expand - ok, I can deal. But that huuge chunk dedicated to either more meet/greet or a crappy fairy ride? That's where most people say "this sucks."

Still, that Pooh playpen (or whatever they called it) needed to go. If they spent the money elsewhere in the park I'm sure there would be vocal opposition as well as folks why they aren't fixing Fantasyland. Maybe it's time for the Magic Kingdom to get a full face lift like the one DCA is getting.

It completely clashes with the feel of the rest of Tomorrowland, it has that obnoxious camel, and creates horrible bottlenecks. <<You're right, it's fine for people who visit MK once every ten years. The photospread in the recent LP magazine does make it look like a magical land to walk into. So i am hopeful

On another note, I think that the new Fantasyland looks pretty cool. The land is mostly for kids and the new stuff is more entertaining for them and will give us adults some eye candy to look at.
