    My youngest (Happy Birthday to him today), takes zyrtec at night too and it has helped alot.

    There are lots of sites out there and if you look for cookbooks, (the first link is a cook book that is good for kids) there are plenty of them too.

    Our grandson is allergic to Dairy. Hyper sensitive to some things like cheddar and on the low side to others like mozzarella. It just sort of becomes a way of life. When we have him visit I keep him 100% Dairy free. I know you'll find the same with eggs and peanuts or what ever you figure out are his triggers as time passes.

    You must feel so good! I hope little dude is having a good night tonight :)
