A stamp here, a package there, and pretty soon, I know it must really add up. Short of the $5 sign up fee, I think I would underscore with folks that when considering whether or not they want to participate in the LPWB, they are sure they can cover their own postage costs. This isn't to exclude anyone. It's just that the facilitators are already giving us their time and energy to make the Bash happen, it's unfair to make them form over postage, too.

We each mailed our packages the same week. I got mine a few days after he mailed it. However, he didn't get his package until about two months after I mailed it. Apparently big packages being mailed to the U K get held up at customs. I'm sure it's increased security due to terrorism and all of that. And I don't know how people could get around that fact.
